Now that we have entered Phase 3 of Ontario’s COVID-19 Reopening Plan, we want to thank our community and customers for your support through these unusual times. Eyemaxx will continue to operate a bit differently as many other regulations are still in effect. Here is a quick update on our store protocols.
👉 Appointments: You can schedule an appointment via the link in our bio for all services including eye exams, glasses selections, frame adjustment, and repairs.
👉 Walk-ins: To ensure we have safe distancing and adequate time between visitors, for all the extra sanitization and sterilization protocols in place, walk-ins ARE welcome, however, you may be asked to wait or come back at a later time.
👉Capacity limits & protection: Capacity is limited to maintain a physical distance of at least two metres from every other person and masks are required for anyone who is inside the store. In addition, eye protection is worn by our team and doctors and plexiglass shields installed at the front desk and dispensing stations.
👉Sanitization: All frames, equipment and surfaces will be sterilized after every interaction. Sanitization stations are setup in each exam room and at each door, and we continue strict wipe-down and sanitization procedures.
