How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Ordering that fresh new pair of glasses is always an exciting time. Short answer- that depends on the product!

For new glasses orders, the timeline depends on the type of lenses and frame ordered.

👉 Single vision lenses that are not customized normally take 3-5 business days.

👉 Customized single vision and progressive lenses can take 7-10 business days.

With a lab on-site, we take care of the majority of our lens edging and frame assembly. However, some orders require specialty assembly so they are sent out to other labs. We will give you a heads up on how much longer this may take!

Frame orders depend on where they are coming from.

👉 Orders from within Canada and from the U.S. take about 5-10 business days.

👉 Orders from overseas can take up to 15 business days.

Contact lenses will arrive in 3-5 business days!
